🔥 HerFuture is hiring a Full-Time Content Marketer who lives on TikTok, dreams in Canva, and shows up where the action is.

We’re HerFuture – the go-to platform for young women in tech & STEM. We empower, inspire, and make the world of tech feel a whole lot more human, inclusive, and fun. Now we’re looking for someone who can bring that to life through content.

You're not waiting for someone to tell you what to make because your brain is always buzzing with ideas. You spot trends before they hit the For You page. You're ready with a camera when something cool happens. You are the algorithm.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

• Create playful, smart, and high-impact content for our TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, and app.‍
• Make videos like “What’s Trending in Tech”, “How to Nail Your First Interview”, “Women You Should Know in AI”, but also fun behind the scenes content with the HerFuture team‍
• Interview our HerFuture community, female tech leaders, and partner companies – from Q&A clips to longer story formats.‍
• We conduct many events throughout the year, and you’re present at all of them (take note that some events take place in evenings) to capture content for Insta Stories, take strong photos for social and blog, and share the vibe and energy with the community‍
• Film and edit short-form video that actually gets watched (and rewatched).‍
• Design scroll-stopping visuals using Canva Pro, from quotes to carousels to mini campaigns.‍
• Create branded partner content and blogs, like our “In Her Words” and “Day in the Life” series.‍
• Run our community content on the HerFuture app – keep it alive, buzzing, and valuable.‍
• Own our newsletters – you know what to say and how to say it so people read to the end. Bonuspoints if you’ve worked with Sendgrid.‍
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to support your work without losing your own creative spark.‍
• Move fast – you understand that this is a startup, not a content agency. Think it, make it, post it - it shouldn’t take a full day.

• Fluent in English – spoken and written, with excellent grammar and tone.‍
• Obsessed with TikTok & Insta trends – you know what’s viral and what’s tired.‍
• Not camera-shy – you’re cool being in front of the lens and getting others excited to join.‍
• Canva Pro pro – your designs are fresh, clean, and always on-brand.‍
• A self-starter – you come with ideas, energy, and drive. You don’t wait to be told.‍
• Creative + analytical – you know what’s working, and what to improve.‍
• Community-focused – you’re here for the girls in STEM, and know how to make them feel seen.‍
• Event-savvy – you know how to capture the right moments on the spot, whether it’s a casual meet-up or a buzzing tech conference.
• Bonus points if you speak Dutch and/or live in the Amsterdam area

• Full-time role where you’re in charge of all content, so you better be a social media boss!
• 3 days per week in our Amsterdam office – at Rokin, right in the heart of the city
